Investigate the pastoral care that is carried out in your parish. From this, create and deliver a presentation to your PCC, Leadership Team or to camera on the expressions of Pastoral Care you have found being demonstrated, which model(s) they may spring from (if any), which definitions they would fit under and their theological and scriptural basis and place in the Christian faith. Note any gaps you think there might be and how you think they might be filled. The assignment must be videoed.
